Cal Sabata in the centre of the old quarter of the village l’Estany, is over a hundred years old. It has been totally refurbished and equipped with all amenities. L’Estany is found on the sunny side of a little valley at the extreme north- eastern end of the natural county of Moianès. It is 870m above sea level, but surrounded by mountains that are over 1.000m.
It’s in Bages county , but borders the county of Osona. Good communication and relatively short distances to big cities, together with a dry and warm climate, combine to make it a relaxing and enjoyable place.
In l’Estany you will find monuments that are representative of the Catalan Romanesque style: the church, cloisters from the 12th century, and museum.
There are many different excursions and activities to do from either the house, village or all of Moianès.
